Amazon usually gives customers 30 day to return products, but its staff may make exceptions. You may have to pay return shipping or a restocking charge. You may have a longer return window for items like mattresses and Gift List products.

In 2020, the extended policy applied to products that reached customers’ doorsteps no earlier than October 1st and no later than December 31st.
