G425 MAX PING

G425 MAX elevates the moment of inertia to PING’s highest level in history. Forgiveness comes mainly from a 26-gram tungsten movable weight, made possible by weight savings from advancements in the driver’s dragonfly crown technology.

Ping G425 Max delivers great distance with exceptional forgiveness. An SFT driver can help those golfers that struggle with a slice.

Ping G425 drivers would be a good choice next time you want to make an upgrade.

But what exactly does that mean?

It is safe to say that PING will not release any major changes once they have released new drivers.

PING has a reputation for producing the very best drivers and doesn’t intend to reinvent the engine.

        * PING G425 drivers – FIRST LOOK!

G425 represents the continuation of its tested engineering processes. This line-up builds upon the brilliant designs that made its G400 and G410 families so popular.

The CG Shifter, undoubtedly, is the standout tech piece this round. The massive, mobile tungsten weight is placed to the rear end of the club’s sole. This results in an identical low-and-back CG (centre gravity).

Ping G425 Drivers – What You Must Know

Ping G425 drivers, the most recent iteration in its immensely successful G-series are now available. Ping G’s 2016 debut was the beginning of it all. Since then, year on year, Ping has refined, tuned, and tweaked their clubs’ performance while trying to keep a basic premise in mind. You can expect a mixture of power and distance with some forgiveness, when you most need it.

When we are faced with a lengthy par five, the ‘big stick in our hand’ is all that stands between us and forgiveness. It’s an established fact.

There will be a couple of things you’ll notice that’s a little bit different this year in the drivers. Notice that I said slightly. Ping displayed some restraint against the tendency for the golf industry not to adopt as many buzzwords/gimmicks.

Suppose you have played with Ping drivers at all over the last 5 years. In that case, you’ll find a few familiar things, alongside a few small improvements that promise to make this a really firm favorite in the golf season to come.

Ping G425 Max – This is a driver that promises to be the best at all things. From there, we’ll go to the slightly more specific LST and SFT drivers, discuss the differences and who each club would be best suited to.

Let’s start with the G425 Max Driver review. The Ping G425, which is basically the “vanilla” version of this three-driver driver series, has been reviewed.

It’s not true. “Vanilla” doesn’t really do this club justice. The club is full of great features.

How Forgiving is the Ping G425 Max?

Summary. The MAX is very forgiving but it does spin. You can ask your PING club fitting to test the LST (low-spin head) even if you have a slow swing.

What is the Ping G425 Driver good for high handicappers?

The Ping G425 SFT driver is one of the best for beginners and high handicappers. PXG0211 driver is the most suitable for novices and advanced handicappers. TaylorMade Sim2 MaxD is the driver that’s best for both beginners and higher handicappers.

Do Any Pros Use Ping G425?

Tour pros may assume they all use stiff X-flex shafts. However, Louis Oosthuizen disagrees. Ping Altra CB Slate is the stiff shaft used by this South African. It’s Ping’s stock model. The shaft will still be in use for many regular club golfers.

What is the difference between Ping G425 and other drivers?

The compact PING G425LST driver is slightly smaller than its larger counterpart, the G425MAX. It’s a bit less aerodynamic by numbers. The shorter average build lengths can offset any swing speed increases. It’s the lowest spinning of the PING G425 drivers.
