What is the best way to return video games purchased on Target.com
Target.com offers the ability to return consoles or video games purchased online.
Returning video games that you purchased from Target.com can be done via the post.
Logging in to Target.com will allow you to find the item and select the return option.
Your reason for return will need to be stated. You’ll then be redirected back to the shipping label. This label should you print out and attach to your item prior to sending it to its address.
You will need to pay shipping costs if you send the item via postal mail.
Some items cannot be returned to Target Online Returns Centre if they are not in-store.

What if I don’t have a receipt?
Target allows you to return your video games with no receipt provided that other proof of purchase is available.

Target will not accept opened games.
They can however be exchanged for the exact same title or the same gaming platform.
You can exchange the game you bought for the PS4 if it was an error.
If the original title is no longer in stock, you can exchange it for an identical title. Note that this does not apply to digitally downloaded Target games.
